AIMM is a Texas nonprofit corporation not yet recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is not currently soliciting or accepting donations. Once recognized, AIMM's IRS Form 990 filings, including program service accomplishments, will be publicly available as required by federal law. See Governance for AIMM's full current legal structure.
